Bal
Cha Ki (kick)
- This is
where we teach all our kicks. Each belt level has a specific
series of kicks becoming more advanced as they promote.
- Song
Don Jak (hand)
- Her we
teach hand strikes, blocks and Kwon Bubs.
- Poomse
- We teach
the Tae Buck Korean forms which are a choreographed sequence
of moves designed to demonstrate blocks, stances, kicks and
strikes.
- Kyuk
Pa (breaking)
- At each
belt level, the students are required to break with a hand strike
and a kick designed for that belt level. This shows the student
the importance of proper technique. It is also a great confidence
builder.
- Ho
Sin Sul (self-defense)
- As our
stud nets progress, they are taught more and more advanced self-defense
techniques so that they can defend themselves in any situation.
- Kyoroogi
(sparring)
- This is
where we try out all the kicks we have learned on a live moving
target. Learning to kick on a bag is great but the bag doesn't
move or kick back. Our students are matched up by size and ability
level under the watchful eye of a qualified instructor.
- Jung
Shin Tong il (mental training)
- All of
the above build a strong body and confidence, but the mind is
our most important asset. We teach honesty, integrity and respect
for ones self, as well as for others. We increased focus, skills
and reinforce the belief that developing your mind in school
or at the workplace is the key to success
