The Sunnyside "Stars & Stripes" Demo Team is comprised of taekwondo athletes of all ages and all belt levels. Each member has demonstrated exceptional ability, dedication, and creativity as well as being a positive role model both inside and outside the dojang. Our demo team has performed before hundreds of people on numerous occasions demonstrating high aerial kicks, self defense techniques, board and brick breaking, weapon skills, synchronized forms and sparring skills. Our goal is not only to showcase these amazing skills but to promote a positive attitude towards life, family and friends.
